Very tasteful with a bit of a kick.
An awesome and savory sauce. It’s got a solid kick that builds nicely without blowing your head off, and the actual flavor of the peppers really comes through.

Scotch Bonnet Mango is another hit in our house. Not as much heat as some of my other HDSC flavors but this one has a unique flavor profile.
I used to grow Scotch Bonnets when I lived in Tampa and they were HOT! I love the flavor of this pepper though. I used it on a mexi bowl with beans and rice and it is delicious. Not overly hot that it drowns out the flavor--I like flavor with my heat and this sauce does not disappoint. I'll be buying more in the future.

It's really hard to beat might never beat that one this is a good product too don't get me wrong it's really gone ham pork chops and pig products and fish chicken really good thank you for making this one too
Solid Scotch Bonnet sauce
I was expecting to like the ghost of saffron the most of all the sauces I ordered but this one turned out to be my favorite. Totally different flavors… different type of “heat creep” as well. Both are decently spicy. Looks like I must be a scotch bonnet fan. Anyway, Absolutely top tier sauce!! My new favorite.

Absolutely love HDSC sauces. I still have a few more to try, but my current go to medium sauce is the scotch bonnet mango. Very good every day sauce. I ordered 3 more bottles of it and to my surprise Zac threw a bottle of co-conspirator sauce in there. Can't wait to try it. I've ordered several times and each time has been very easy and shipped quickly. Awesome company and great products.
Scotch bonnet aren't my favorite heat pepper, but this is a quality tasting sauce.
