Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Not what you ordered or received the wrong item? No problem - we got you! No need to return the incorrect item, just email us at info@hdsauceco.com and we'll ship your item out ASAP!
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items, for any reason and without justification.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To initiate a withdrawal, contact us at info@hdsauceco.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may also use the subject line "EU Withdrawal – Order #[your order number]."
Conditions:
- Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, in original packaging, with any tags attached.
- You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund timeline: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or items that have been opened/unsealed where return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
