Founder Zac Perkins started HDSC in September 2018 after a journey that took him through some of life's darkest valleys. Homeless and battling addiction, Zac found an unlikely lifeline in hot sauce — the craft, the culture, and the community around it. What began as a passion became a purpose, and High Desert Sauce Co. was born.
