The first time I had Mole, I wasn't prepared for the life trajectory it would point me towards. I have been on the search for amazing versions ever since. There is a ton of lazy, bland attempt out there... This is NOT one of those. This hot sauce pays tribute to all of the classic Mole flavors with our fun, original twist. The blend of toasted Pasilla, Mulato, Ancho, Chocolate Habanero & Chocolate Bhutlah chilies creates the savory, complex element that the style is know for and delivers a respectable amount of heat the we know you will appreciate! The spice blend continues to add depth and the addition of cold brewed coffee takes this sauce to another level. In my book, it sets itself apart from anything I've ever had. Zac is a genius.
