Black Garlic "Soy"

Welcome to the 2024 Limited Series Set! This year, we have curated a selection of sauces that highlight diverse, vibrant flavors over face melting fire. Each sauce  emphasizes a unique combination of black garlic and the chocolate bhutlah creating a balanced but complex profile. This set offers a  sophisticated culinary experience & caters to those who appreciate intricate flavors over immense heat. Without further ado, we present to you - "Soy" - aromatic, earthy, umami 

Ingredients: Tamari (Water, Soybeans, Salt, Alcohol (To Preserve Freshness)), Vinegar ( Distilled & Balsamic Vinegar), Black Garlic, Pepper Mash (Water, Chocolate Bhutlah Peppers), Shallots, Turbinado Sugar, Minced Onion, Porcini Mushroom Powder, Chives

Proceeds from this years Limited Series Set will benefit our friends at Pima Animal Care Center (PACC). PACC is Tucson's leading animal rescue with a save rate of 91% (and growing) as of 2023. Lets raise some money and help give these animals a chance.
