Hands down the best hot sauce company out there. We have allergies in our house to onion (of all things) and Zac (the owner) called me personally to discuss his product and sterilization process to do his absolute best at not cross contaminating. Another order is heading your way Zac and thank you.

I thought I would try something different when I saw Date night Adobo offered. Since it was rated mild, I assumed it would be comparable to the Green hot sauce I have purchased before. Not so. Adobo is a hotter date than Green, in my opinion. That said, I like it, but will need to use it in small quantities.
Another fantastic sauce…this is so good, has a bit of heat (just the right amount for everyone). Another hit in my house.

This one is my new favorite, pretty mild but the ancho peppers in this one gives it a thick, great taste and color. Easy too use a whole bottle pretty quick.

HDSC consistently makes my favorite hot sauces. It’s started with the Tikka Hot on Hot Ones and I’ve loved very sauce since. This Spicy Adobo hits a little different. It’s got amazing and deep flavor of the habanero and ancho chilis blended with spices to make a smooth and Smokey sauce with just the right amount of heat. Not too hot, but you know it’s there.
Product is amazing and taste great on everything. Since I've been dieting I've needed to cut down on a lot of the seasoning I use so was looking for something with a lot of flavor to give to my morning egg breakfast.

I had such an amazing experience with High Desert Sauce Company! I was planning a hot sauce challenge for my husband’s birthday and had no idea which sauces to choose, so I filled out the "Contact Us" form on their website—expecting to hear back in a couple of days. To my surprise, I received a call almost immediately from Zac, the owner himself! I couldn’t believe not only how fast he responded, but that he personally took the time to reach out. Zac was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the selection process and making sure I chose the right sauces for the challenge. He also made sure to ship everything out quickly so it would arrive in time for my husband’s birthday. What really blew me away was the personal touch he added to the package just for my husband—it was such a thoughtful detail that made the whole experience even more special. I’m beyond excited to try the sauces, and I will absolutely be ordering from High Desert Sauce Company again. Incredible customer service and even better product!
